Everything you need to know about our tote rental service.

Do you move my belongings?

Absolutely not. We only rent out the moving totes. We drop them off empty, you pack them, you move them, you unpack them, and then we pick up the empty totes.

What areas do you serve?

We proudly serve Joplin, MO, and surrounding communities including Webb City and Carthage. Specifically, our drop-off and pick-up zones are restricted to the following ZIP codes: 64801, 64804, 64830, 64832, 64833, 64834, 64835, 64836, 64840, 64841, 64849, 64855, and 64870.

When can I schedule my first delivery?

Our first available launch-day deliveries begin on May 1, 2026. When you book online, only eligible dates within our current availability window will appear.

How does pricing work?

Residential packages include up to 7 days, and commercial packages include up to 14 days. Delivery and pickup are included in every order. If you keep the totes longer, we simply add a small daily extension fee until everything is picked up or returned.

What package options do you offer?

We offer four residential kits and four commercial kits. Residential options are Studio/1-Bed/Dorm with 20 totes, 2-3 Bedroom with 40 totes, 3-4 Bedroom with 55 totes, and 4+ Bedroom with 70 totes. Commercial options are Small Office, Medium Office, Large Corporate, and Enterprise, with the same tote counts but a longer included rental term.

How do I choose the right package?

A good starting point is to match your package to your space size. Small works well for dorms, studios, and 1-bedroom moves. Medium fits many 2-3 bedroom homes or standard offices. Large is better for 3-4 bedroom homes or bigger office moves. XL is the best fit for large households, full-floor moves, or jobs with a lot of contents.

Can I add extra totes or wheeled rollers?

Yes. You can add extra heavy-duty totes and wheeled Tote Rollers during checkout to customize your order for your move, office transition, or overflow needs.

When do deliveries and pickups happen?

Most deliveries and pickups happen between 5 PM and 9 PM. We will contact you by text or phone to confirm the final timing window for your service day.

Do I need to be there for delivery and pickup?

Yes. A signature is required at both delivery and pickup, so someone authorized needs to be available during the scheduled service window.

Do I need to clean the totes?

Please wipe out any obvious debris or dirt before we pick them up. We fully sanitize each tote between rentals.

What happens if I lose or break a tote?

Our totes are commercial grade and built for normal moving use. If one goes missing or is returned with significant damage, replacement charges may apply as outlined in our Terms & Conditions. Wheeled Tote Rollers are also subject to replacement charges if they are lost or damaged.

Can I get more totes?

Yes. For an additional fee, we can add extra totes and help get you to the right count for your move.
